Leave It Behind

I’m tired of pretending,
Pretending to smile when i want to cry,
Being happy when i’m sad,
Tired of all those lies.

I’m tired of pretending,
To be over it all,
Saying that i doesn’t love her anymore,
When i can’t forget it at all.

It seems that if you’re a part of me,
The piece that i can’t bind,
The piece that is missing,
The part that i can’t find.

You’re the one thing ,
That i’ll never be able to share,
Although you are miles away ,
But you’re right here.

I’m trying to get rid of the memories,
From when we were together,
Believing each other,
& doing whatever!
I thought it would be easy,
But i can’t seem to forget,
Any of those things,
For which i now regret.

So now all i've got left to do,
Is end it all,
And not lying you know,
Disposing my emotions into sacrifice’s canal.

Tonight i’ll wound my arm,
Close my eyes & become blind,
I won’t leave you a letter,
I’ll leave it all behind.
